EC-500X, EC-770X has strong anti-interference ability and can work in complex electromagnetic field environment. When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe end to the surface of the object under test. In the process of shrinking the probe into the instrument, the instrument can automatically distinguish the properties of the substrate and measure the thickness of the coating layer. EC-500X, EC-770X has a streamlined menu and data display interface, can display the average, minimum and maximum, and can indicate and alarm data over the limit. In addition, the instrument contains large capacity memory. In the process of measurement, the instrument can count and record the measurement results. Data recorded can be transmitted to the computer through USB data lines. EC-500X range is 500μm, measuring accuracy ±(1%+1μm), and its resolution is up to 0.1μm.
