SMG-1011 photocell is universal.Single beam sensor with photocell/single beam sensor is used for automatic sliding doors, rolling doors, garage door windows, etc. Consists of transmitter and receiver, and the integrated amplifier can emit infrared beam. Narrow infrared beam (I or II) avoids interruption by external light. Even when installed at a low height (20-40 cm from the floor), the detection distance can also be guaranteed (5-10 meters). As soon as the self-knowledge beam is interrupted, the door stops closing and quickly reverses to its maximum width. The door will remain open until the detection beam resumes. When the door is completely closed, the detection beam becomes invalid.Installation instruction:4.1 The receiving module J4 in the figure above is a switch for NO and NC switch of photocells. 4.1.1 When the cover is short circuit to NO, it is normally open. 4.1.2 When the cover is short circuited to NC, it is normally closed. 4.2 Installation 4.2.1 The photocell should be installed at a height of more than 20 cm above the ground (to avoid reflection), and the distance between the transmitter and receiver should be more than 50 cm. 4.2.2 The end user should install the photocell receiver on the reverse side of direct sunlight or another strong light source (± 5-) so that the photocell works stably. 4.2.3 Avoid installing other infrared photocells at an effective distance from the receiver. 4.2.4 If the end user needs to install other photocells in the same straight line, the receivers can be installed at both ends and the emitters can be installed close to each other. 4.2.5 Stable installation avoids signal distortion of transmitter and receiver due to weak vibration and malfunction. 4.2.6 When the product is installed at any place at an angle, the end user can adjust the PCBA board to improve the installation. 4.2.7 Connect the power after inspection, when the cover is short circuit to NO, after the battery is installed on the transmitting module LED lamp, the LED lamp lights up for 0.5 seconds and then goes out, the receiver module LED turns on, the receiver module contact off; When the emitter and receiver caps are aligned, the receiver module's LED is off, NC/NO is on; when something or someone covers the sensor, the LED of the receiver module lights up, the NC/NO contact is off. When the cover is shorted to NC, the NO/NO state is opposite to the above phenomenon.
