Time in the Air With a standard battery, the DJI Mini 3 Pro can stay in the air for up to 34 minutes (30 minutes in hover mode). This is 2-3 minutes more than the previous model, the DJI Mini 2. With the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus, sold separately, the flight time is increased to 47 minutes (40 minutes in hover mode), which is already a significant advantage. Excellent image quality day and night DJI Mini 3 Pro uses a new matrix, which is much larger in area: diagonal 1/1.3\" versus 1/2.3\". In addition, the sensor uses a "dual native ISO" system: two separate signal amplification circuits work depending on whether you shoot at low ISO (ISO 100) or high (ISO 800 and above). The lens aperture has been increased by approximately 1.5 stops, from f/2.8 to f/1.7. This allows you to get a noise-free image when shooting in low light - in the evening and at night. What's more, the new camera can shoot video at 10-bit color depth (D-Cinelike profile), allowing you to capture more detail in both highlights and shadows, as well as more color grading options. Aerial photographers should appreciate the camera's increased resolution of 48 Mp., as well as the ability to shoot in RAW format. In addition, the Mini 3 Pro can automatically create 180° or 360° (“spherical”) panoramas. The increased resolution also gives the camera a better digital zoom: if the Mini 2 only had 12 MP. and when shooting in 4K you were limited to just 2x zoom then with 48MP. Mini 3 Pro, you can use lossless 4x digital zoom at any video resolution. Please note: DJI Mini 3 Pro has no aperture mechanism, it is always open at f/1.7, so we recommend using ND filters when shooting on a clear day, to increase shutter speed and smooth out motion.
