Using GLK® binding and end-capping technologies, Galaksil® EF can meet the high requirements for analysis. Galaksil® EF-C8BioGalaksil® EF-C8Bio is octyl silane ligand bonding on the silica-gel substrate. Because of the short carbon chain, the retention time of Galaksil® EF-C8Bio is shorter than Galaksil® EF-C18. Galaksil® EF-C8Bio is suitable for the separation of small molecular proteins and peptides with molecular weight less than 20,000.
