What's the lead time of the samples? And how about the samples costs?Yes, we can offer you the samples. If it's new project development, it takes around 35 days. Otherwise, it takes around 3-5 days. The samples we offer for free, but you need to charge the freight costs(if there's new moulds investment, you have to pay for it)Q3: Can you make the molds as our demands?Absolutely YES, we could design and make the molds/toolings per your drawings or samples in around 30 days.Q4:What's the MOQ?It depends on your product demands, Contact us to get more info.Q5:Can you start the small order for our first cooperation?That's Ok. After contract confirmation, we could start with an trial order for your quality checking, it's a way for both sides knowing each other well.Q6:What kind of service you can offer?OEM: We supply the products based on your drawings or samples.ODM: We supply the drawings or 3D samples. Quality inspection report, this will be offered before shipment for your checking. Documents will come together with the goods.Q7:What's your package?We have our standard Neutral cartons for exporting. We can pack with your own design cartons too.Q8: What's your mass production delivery date? Generally, it takes around 20-30 days after receiving the deposit.Q9: How do you control your quality in stable production under our requirement?The confirmation stage: we need to double checking the drawings/samples/designs before production, we will discuss with you to confirm every detail. The samples stage: when we are designing the molds, we will print 3D samples firstly to ensure the products are in the right track. During making the new molds, we use the H13 steel, with heat treatment under EDM/CNC process. Then we will try the new molds in several times to compare the samples in the best situation. Finally offer the samples. The production stage: after samples production, we have the Process Techonology Table for each project, this guarantees our production items are consistent with the samples & drawings. At the same time, We have the QCs to inspect the onsite componenets& assembly parts to pre-handle the quality. Before shipment, we have workers to check the apperance and rotations again, QC will make the inspection report, QA will final authorize the release. All rejected products will be reworked or destroyed.Q10: What are your terms of payment?Normally, T/T 30% as deposit after contract confirmation, the balance shall be paid before shipping.
