Red Dot finder included
The finder's LED illumination projects a red dot onto the reticle in the form of a circle with a crosshair. Reticle circles are applied to the inner and outer lenses of the finder scope for precise aiming of the telescope at the object. The bright LED dot allows you to use the finder both at night for aiming at celestial objects, and during the day for observing ground objects. CR1620 3V coin cell battery included.
The finder body is mounted on the telescope tube with one movement of the hand using the dovetail mount. To adjust the finder parallel to the optical axis of the telescope, adjusting screws are provided on the body for adjusting the height and azimuth.
achromatic lens
An achromatic lens with multi-coated optics minimizes chromatic aberrations, virtually eliminating coloration at the edges of the viewing area. The image is obtained without distortion throughout the entire field of view, with the correct color reproduction, contrast and sharpness, which is especially important for daytime observations. A detachable lens hood protects against lens flare by side rays, prevents drops and dust from getting on the lens surface.
Focus adjustment
Focus adjustment is carried out by a focus wheel using a rack and pinion mechanism - a focuser. The rack-and-pinion focuser ensures smooth and play-free movement of the Schmidt prism tube and eyepiece, which is important when fine-tuning image sharpness. Adjustment is carried out by two focusing wheels with a rubber coating that prevents the hand from slipping.
