The optics of the microscope are a monocular attachment, two wide-field eyepieces, three objectives and a double Barlow lens. The total magnification of the microscope is from 40 to 1600 times, which is enough to study life in a drop of water, ready-made micropreparations, other biological samples, and even bacteria. Observations can be made in transmitted and reflected light. For lighting, LED backlight is used, the brightness of which can be adjusted. There is a disk with apertures and rough focusing. Samples are fixed on the subject table with clamps.
The backlight is powered by batteries (included), so the microscope does not depend on power sources, and it is convenient to take it with you on trips. In addition, the kit includes an adapter for a smartphone, with which you can install a mobile device on the microscope, using its camera for photographing and video recording of microexaminations.
