- description: Psorolite 100-6 (cabin) is intended for the treatment of psoriasis, vitiligo, dermatitis and other skin diseases by exposure to narrow-band light with a maximum radiation of 311 nm (UVB - 311) on the affected area of the skin. Irradiation with UVB - 311 has an immunoregulatory and anti-allergic effect, normalizes the balance of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors on the affected skin. Rashes gradually turn pale, become less dense, peeling disappears. The cabin is used in specialized clinics and venereal clinics. Structurally consists of five identical sections. Three cabin sections are mounted on four fixed supports. Two movable sections are mounted on four wheels and open for the passage of the patient to the center of the cabin, where the treatment process takes place. The two outer handles are for physician use. Only the doctor should open and close the booth sections for patient entry and exit from the booth. Each section has 4 100 W lamps manufactured by Philips, which irradiate in the narrow band with a maximum of 311 nm. For the safety of the patient, the lamps are protected by a special metal grille. Inside the cabin, there are four handles that the patient can hold on to if radiation is needed in the axillary region. LED cabin lighting creates a comfortable environment for the patient. Very important: during the treatment process, the patient must use the special goggles that come with the kit. In the upper part of the cabin, a block of four sensors is installed in the center to fix the radiation of the lamps. Each sensor during the operation of the lamps every second captures the outgoing radiation and transmits a signal to the control panel. This ensures maximum accuracy in matching the established and received radiation dose. A specially designed dosimetric system doses the radiation energy. The doctor must set only the required radiation dose on the control panel mJ/cm2.
