It's not easy to get a branch for large size main pipe. Butt saddle fusion in the workshop is quite costly as well. To solve this problem, Smart Joint develops a full range of Full Electrofusion Saddle, main pipe size from 225mm-2000mm, branch size from 110mm-1000mm. The contractor can install the full electrofusion saddle on site easily. Full electrofusion saddle, the bottom part and the branch are both coiled with electrfusion wires. Electrofusion branch part performs as a coupler, it saves the customer cost for a coupler. Clampping and hole drilling tools are also developped for easier installation, clamping force calculation device is supplied for more reliable clamping . Smart Joint are currently supplying these items to USA, Chile, South Africa, Middle East, Australia and got good acknowlegement from the customers. Followed is pciture for 1600*630mm EF saddle we developped for the largest South-North Water Diversion Project in China.
