In the basic configuration, the cultivator is a tool consisting of 3 sections (carts) with mounts for installing flat cutters and a frame with a trailed one. Provides simultaneous processing of three row-spacings. The frame of the cultivator is made of a profile pipe with a section of 50-50 mm, wall thickness 3 mm. The length is 2000 mm. The carts and the towing device are attached to the frame with clamps on a bolted connection. The location of the carts and hitch on the frame can be adjusted according to your needs. The cultivator trolley has a rubberized support wheel, an installed spring (for copying the relief, each trolley is independent of each other) and clamps for attaching flat cutters. In the center there are two mounts for installing a flat cutter with a stand 10 40 mm (rear) and 10 50 mm (front). On the sides there are mounts for installing locks for side flat cutters. The trailer has a standard mount with the front of the Zirka-61 hitch, as well as a lanyard for adjusting the angle of attack. If you need to use one of the carts strictly in the center, you can connect the lanyard clamp (top) to the cart clamp (bottom). The advantage of this cultivator is the fact that you can install any set of flat cutters or cultivators, depending on your tasks. Thus, providing the width of the row spacing in the range of 220-450 mm.
