The pneumatic seed supply system makes it possible to place sowing devices with unlimited displacement, which allows you to perfectly follow the soil profile and thus guarantee uniform and high-quality sowing. The main components of the seeder are the frame, fan, hopper, dispenser, distributor sowing device (coulters), markers. Seeder frame - a spatial structure welded from closed profiles. A bunker, a fan, sowing devices, disc-type markers, a coulter beam lifting mechanism and a hydraulically foldable beam are attached to the frame. The fan drive is from the tractor's PTO. Torque is transmitted by cardan shaft and belt drive. The fan generates the air flow necessary for the movement and uniform distribution of seeds. The seeder has one bunker with a volume of 3000 liters, welded from sheet metal. The bunker has an access covered with rubberized textiles, and inside there is a grate, which is designed to prevent the penetration of large foreign objects into the dosing device. The dosing device is of a chamber type, placed under the bunker. The distributor distributes and evenly feeds grain into plastic pipelines, through which the seed enters the sowing devices. The sowing devices (coulters) are of two disc type with an offset center and press wheels that are attached to the carrier beam. The seeder is equipped with two disc type markers. Raising and lowering the markers is carried out with the help of the tractor's hydraulic system.
