Length 2000 mm. A welded construction of the frame, three-point hitch and subframe for installing the barrel was used. The hitch has universal double-sided pins of different diameters. The inner pair has a diameter of 22 mm, the outer pair 27 mm. This design allows the device to be used both with motor and mini tractors of the T-25 type, and with tractors of the T-40 type. At the top attachment point to the tractor there are also two holes of different diameters, 22.5 mm and 27 mm. For the manufacture of the barrel stretcher, a profile pipe with a cross section of 40-40 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm was used. To install and fix the barrel, a bolted connection is used. The trolleys are attached to the frame with clamps on a bolted connection. The location of the carts and the hitch on the frame can be adjusted according to your needs in terms of row spacing. The cultivator cart has a rubberized support wheel, an installed spring (for copying the relief, each cart is independent of each other) and clamps for attaching flat cutters. In the center there are two mounts for installing a flat cutter with a stand 10 40 mm (rear) and 10 50 mm (front). On the sides there are fasteners for installing locks for side flat cutters. These flat cutters are made of steel grade 45, have a thickness of 3 mm and are completed in pairs (mirror). The central flat cutter has a working width of 180 mm. The barrel for applying liquid fertilizers has a volume of 85 liters. It is attached to the frame on clamps using a bolted connection. To create pressure in the tank, an electric motor is used, which is powered by a minitractor socket, which is designed to connect the power of the stops and turns of the trailer. The fertilizer application system has 4 nozzles with liquid supply regulators, which make it possible to change the type of irrigation from drip to spray. There is also a tap with which it is possible to shut off the liquid supply to the nozzles. The advantage of this cultivator is the ability to install any set of flat cutters or cultivators, depending on your tasks. What ensures the width of row spacing within 220-450 mm.
