The biggest advantage of the new Turbo is the high quality of filtration. Each filter is equipped with a container suitable for any filter media and a finely porous sponge. Thanks to the notches, the sponge provides high mechanical and biological filtration performance without requiring too frequent cleaning. Filtration containers are equipped with BioCeraMax Pro 600 ceramic media. This substrate denitrifies the environment in the aquarium, removing ammonium and nitrite. An additional plus is the possibility of vertical connection of containers. After purchasing additional containers, the volume of the filter material can be increased and, accordingly, the filter can be used for large aquariums (or densely populated aquariums). The sealed rotary chamber affects their high efficiency with relatively low power consumption. All Turbo filters are equipped with a smooth water flow control system, in the form of an ergonomic regulator mounted on the outlet spout of the pump. All models of Aquael Turbo Filter internal filters are equipped with special shock-absorbing suction cups that suppress possible vibrations transmitted to the glass and additionally muffle the operation of the device.
