Описание Product DescriptionMyo Inositol powder is a water-soluble vitamin, one of the B vitamins, and a component of phospholipid membrane. Inositol is a substance found infood, and its structure is similar to glucose. Pure inositol is a stable white crystal, soluble in water and sweet, acid, alkali and heat resistant. Inanimal cells, it mainly appears in the form of phospholipids, sometimes called inositol phospholipids. In cereals, it often combines with phosphoricacid to form hexaphosphate, or phytic acid, which can combine with calcium, iron and zinc to form insoluble compounds, interfering with theabsorption of these compounds by the human body.
