Product DescriptionWhat is Vitamin E?Vitamin E is also known as tocopherol or pregnant phenol. It is one of the most important antioxidants. Soluble in organic solvents such as fat and ethanol, insoluble in water, stable to heat and acid, unstable to alkali, sensitive to oxygen, and not sensitive to heat, but the activity of vitamin E is significantly reduced when fried. It exists in edible oil, fruits, vegetables, and grains. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that comes in 8 forms and is often used in creams and lotions because it is believed to promote skin healing and reduce scarring after injuries such as burns. Production Process Melting Vessel: The vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) is added to the melting vessel and heated to melt it into a liquid state.Emulsifying Vessel: The melted vitamin E liquid is transferred to the emulsifying vessel and mixed with purified water, sodium octenyl succinate starch, and maltodextrin for emulsification, creating a homogeneous mixture.Filtration and Homogenization: The emulsified vitamin E mixture passes through a 120-mesh filter to remove impurities and insoluble substances. Then, homogenization is performed to ensure the uniformity and stability of the mixture.Spray Drying: The filtered and homogenized vitamin E mixture is fed into a spray dryer, where it is sprayed into small particles and comes in contact with hot air, causing rapid evaporation of moisture and resulting in a powdered microencapsulated product.Blending: Tricalcium phosphate is added to the dried vitamin E powder for blending, adjusting its properties, or enhancing stability.Sifting and Metal Detection: The blended vitamin E powder undergoes sifting through a 40-mesh screen to remove any particle aggregates. Additionally, a metal detector is used to detect and eliminate any possible metal impurities.Weighing and Packaging: The screened and metal-tested vitamin E powder is weighed and packed into suitable containers, ensuring precise dosage and packaging accuracy.Testing: Laboratory testing and analysis are conducted on samples to ensure that the vitamin E products meet specified quality standards and regulations.Warehousing: Finally, the vitamin E products that meet quality standards are stored in a warehouse, awaiting further distribution or sale.
